staying here was fantastic because the host was super helpful and the room was both clean and spacious, making it a perfect base for exploring the nearby beautiful Princes Street Gardens and hiking up to Arthur's Seat for stunning views of the city, which I highly recommend for any city lover like me who enjoys walking to discover landmarks.

The Quadruple en suite Room was spacious enough for a family, allowing for some breathing room. Good proximity to public transport made it easy for us to explore the area without a car.
The thin curtains didn’t do much to block the early morning light, making it tough to sleep in during the brief summer nights—definitely bring a sleep mask. We encountered some noisy guests at odd hours, as sound traveled freely through the hallway. The bathrooms, while private, were located outside the room, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Wifi issues also cropped up during our stay, with intermittent connectivity that frustrated the kids.

Fantastic Stay Amidst Edinburgh's Charm!
Our family spent two lovely nights here, enjoying a spacious room that was a perfect fit for us. The host's friendly demeanor made us feel right at home. A tip , bring your own towel holder for added convenience by the sink. The location was perfect for exploring!

Had a grand time exploring the local eats! So many tasty spots nearby like Thaisanuk for some delish Thai or The Greenhouse for a cozy bite. Plus, our room was massive and comfy, making it a great base for our adventures.
The only bother was the bathroom being a bit far from our room. And a heads up, there's no brekkie served here, so plan your morning munchies ahead!

The location stood out. just a quick bus ride to the city center and a big Sainsbury’s directly across the street made shopping easy. Maureen, the host, was super nice and responsive to my questions, always making me feel welcome. the bathroom was a bit far from our room, which made things awkward at night. the toilet took ages to refill after flushing. Still, I'd gladly return for the cozy atmosphere and convenient spot.

Great Stop-Off Near The City
Spent a night here with the fam on our way to Loch Ness. Maureen was super friendly, and our room was spacious and clean, though it took a bit to warm up. The bathroom was private, which was nice, but it was outside the room. Location is fab for exploring Edinburgh, and we found some great local dining options nearby!

Cozy stay near city center
We had a lovely time! The host was super nice and shared all the info we needed. Place was clean and spacious. It's just a short bus ride to the city. Only thing was our bathroom was outside the room, which was a bit of a hassle. Breakfast was nice too.

Flush needed too much time to recharge after each use!!! Slight noise from original period windows!!! Suggestions, install double glazing for a quieter stay and consider having a small fridge in the rooms for convenience!!!
